Message	Okay, I bought this motor from a guy and he claimed it was running at the time pulled. He claimed that he only pulled it bc the body of the car was in horrible shape. He said he pulled it see he could use the head studs that were in it, which makes sense because the heads were removed when I went to pick it up. This guy is well known in my area and my friends said that I could trust him. Any way I am completely tearing it apart so I can take it to make sure everything is in good shape, no crack or anything like that. So to the engine.... the engine is out and its on a stand. I have the all the pistons out and yes I kept the caps with their rod. The bores seem to be good, and as far as I can see the cranks journals seem to be in good shape as well. I have yet to remove the rear oil seal retainer. Im also having trouble removing the main bearing beam. Sorry I feel stupid for asking questions but I figured I should ask questions so I can know and understand
